The holier the beast, the more disgusting its change. Here is one that is filled with those hated pustules, discarded in this forgotten part of the hamlet; left to wallow, turn and flop. The tide will never come in so it will stay in the sand where it is now. Only Smut payed it any homage, watching in sadness as it bubbled and popped outside her window.
Description
Smut's Incense is an item found on the beach behind the Old House, next to the Ulcerated Whale. This is the first whale that was found, and the first to offer up its life. It was presumably left there by Smut, given its name. It will elicit reactions from Harriet, Healing Pig and Luminary Ramon, who all remark on its smell.
